Shipping Scope
We ship exclusively to the 48 Contiguous United States and Washington D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, international addresses, or military bases (APO/FPO/DPO) at this time.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and produced within 2–5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Tracking
A tracking link will be provided once your order ships.

Shipping Costs
We proudly offer FREE standard shipping on all orders delivered within our contiguous U.S. service area.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us at hello@theinnerhorizoncollective.org within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Multiple Shipments
Some items may ship separately if fulfilled by different production partners. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
