After placing your order, you’ll receive a secure upload link via email to submit your image(s) and creative direction, including color preferences, mood, or symbolism. Please ONLY submit artwork or images that you own or have permission to use; we cannot create items that infringe on copyright, trademark, or brand-protected content. Each piece includes up to two revisions; additional revisions are $10 each, and requests involving a completely new direction, new images, or major redesigns are $15.
Production typically takes about 3 business days, with shipping in the USA taking 2–5 days depending on location. Orders are non-refundable once production begins and will not move to production until your artwork is received and approved.
